AT FIDECIX, WE CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND THAT'S WHY 185 CAMERAS MONITOR THE CIX'S

The Immediate Response Center (CERI) as a control and command center, located in Ciudad Industrial Xicoténcatl I (Tetla), has 185 cameras that are in operation 365 days a year. This Centro de Monitoreo is monitored 24 hours a day by 3 elements trained to attend any type of incident or emergency, being the FIDECIX responsible for this Monitoring Center.

As part of the security actions implemented by the Xicoténcatl Industrial City Trust, this C2 seeks to improve the capacity for monitoring, detection, attention and, above all, the prevention of various crimes.

With the implementation of these new technologies, FIDECIX is at the forefront of security, reinforcing virtual security and promoting a safer environment for residents and visitors in Industrial Cities.

Thanks to these actions, in the month of February it was possible to attend 18 incidents among which car accidents, rollover and report of suspicious vehicles were reported inside the Industrial Cities, with the help of patrols assigned to the industrial parks and ambulances were attended immediately the accidents reported to the emergency number.
