La Libertad Cultural Center of Apizaco, is a privileged space where an education is given for the development of expressive skills and appreciation of the different artistic manifestations among children, youth and adults, also contributes to the awareness and taste of the population towards the various artistic disciplines resulting in the creation of audiences and promoting the harmonious coexistence of the community.
